    The Best of America Minority-Owned Small Business award honors the accomplishments of an outstanding small business owned by a member(s) of a minority group. The business must be based in the US and at least 51% owned or controlled by one or more individuals who are either African-American, Hispanic, Asian-American, Native American, and other minority groups. Only their achievements from the beginning of 2023 will be considered.
    Veteran-Owned Business
    The Best of America Veteran-Owned Small Business award honors the accomplishments of an outstanding small business owned by a member(s) or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces. Only their achievements from the beginning of 2023 will be considered. The business must be based in the US and at least 51% owned or controlled by one or more individuals who are or were members of the U.S. Armed Forces.
    LGTBQIA+ Owned Business
    The Best of America LGBTQA+ Owned Small Business award recognizes an LGBTQIA+owned small business that has attained outstanding business achievement and exemplifies the significant contributions made by the LGBTQIA+ owned businesses in the country. The business must be at least 51% owned or controlled by one or more individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community (including transgender and non-binary/gender non-conforming individuals) and are U.S. residents. The business must also have management and daily operations controlled by at least one LGBTQIA+ identifying individual. Only their achievements from the beginning of 2023 will be considered.
    Disability-Owned Business
    The Best of America Disability-Owned Small Business award honors the accomplishments of an outstanding small business that is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by one or more individuals with a disability.
