What began in 2020 with a single tap wall has since grown into a collection of women-owned ventures spanning mobile bars, drink carts, balloons, and floral styling.

The BASA Awards caught up with Sky to discuss her win and what fuels her entrepreneurial journey.
Congratulations! As the winner of the BASA Awards®, what does it mean for you and your team to receive this distinction?
Winning a BASA Award is an incredible honour for both the Fizz & Foam team and me. This recognition reflects the creativity, passion, and hard work that went into building our business from the ground up, starting with a single vintage mobile bar and growing into multiple ventures that bring joy and connection to our community. It has really inspired us to keep pushing boundaries and is a wonderful validation for our team.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by creativity, connection, and growth. Seeing the impact our work has on people’s celebrations keeps me energized, as does bringing imaginative ideas to life. I’m inspired by the people I meet—clients, collaborators, and aspiring entrepreneurs—and by the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to learn and innovate. We really strive to celebrate small wins, reflect on our progress, and keep setting goals. Passion is a big motivator for my work, my team, and the experiences we create.
What is one word that best describes you?
Bubbly. It reflects both my personality and my approach to business. Like the fizz in a perfectly poured drink, I bring energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun into everything I do. Being bubbly means leading with warmth and positivity, building genuine connections, and celebrating joy in the small moments. It’s the spirit behind my brand, my team, and every event we create.
What do you love most about your job?
The freedom to be creative every day. I get to brainstorm, design, and execute ideas that turn ordinary moments into unforgettable experiences. I also love meeting new people and watching those relationships grow into friendships and community connections.
What is the most influential book you’ve read?
12 Laws of the Universe by Manhardeepp Singh. The book deeply shaped how I approach both life and entrepreneurship by highlighting the connection between actions, energy, and intention. It reinforced that success isn’t just about outcomes, but about the quality of thought and effort behind them.
