What was your worst business decision?
Delaying investment in digital transformation early in my career was a critical mistake. It taught me a valuable lesson about the importance of proactively embracing innovation rather than reacting to it. Staying ahead of change is not optional—it’s essential.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned?
Success is built on persistence, integrity, and adaptability. Challenges are often opportunities in disguise, and true leadership requires maintaining focus on long-term impact rather than short-term gains.
What is the most influential book you’ve read?
The Soul of a Butterfly by Muhammad Ali. The book offers powerful insights into faith, resilience, and purpose, reminding me that true greatness is rooted in humility, perseverance, and belief in one’s vision.
"The greatest risk is complacency—continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability are essential to creating lasting impact."
