Do you have a favorite mantra or motto that you live by?
"Grow like a wildflower." It’s a reminder to thrive where you’re planted, adapt to change, and bloom even in unexpected places.
What was your journey like to get where you are today?
Beautifully imperfect. I began my career as a college professor, transitioned into corporate PR, and eventually took the leap to build something of my own. Each chapter—its successes, setbacks, and surprises—taught me resilience and the importance of building with heart.
Tell us about peers you admire
I deeply admire women who step into leadership in spaces where they’ve historically been limited or underestimated. I respect those who lead with transparency, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to lifting others as they rise.
What is the most influential book you’ve read?
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho is the book that has influenced me most. I re-read it every year, and each time I find a new perspective that reflects where I am in my life and career. It helps me stay grounded in growth, purpose, and possibility.
Congratulations on your recent BASA Awards win. What do achievements like this mean to you?
Achievements are more than milestones—they’re mirrors. They reflect growth, resilience, and gratitude. Every award, client success, or breakthrough reminds me how far we’ve come and how much more is possible when we lead with purpose and heart.
