BASA Awards carefully selects its judges, assembling a panel comprising industry experts and entrepreneurs who understand the workings of small businesses. These judges are deeply committed to  the growth of small businesses and are eager to hear your stories and evaluate your entry fairly. They assess your work, uniqueness, and abilities compared to other small businesses in your industry. Factors such as client list, years of operation, and team size are not the only determinants of the success of your entry. All judges follow a strict evaluation process. The process is fair and does not encourage favouritism or nepotism. There will be up to six judges to evaluate each entry based on their expertise.
