    Minority-Owned Business
    The BASA Awards Minority-Owned Small Business award honours the accomplishments of an outstanding small business owned by a member or members of a minority group. The business must be based in the UK and at least 51% owned or controlled by one or more individuals who belong to minority groups. Only their achievements since January 2023 will be considered.
    Veteran-Owned Business
    The BASA Awards Veteran-Owned Small Business award honours the accomplishments of an outstanding small business owned by a member or former member of the British Armed Forces. Only their achievements since January 2023 will be considered. The business must be based in the UK and at least 51% owned or controlled by one or more individuals who are or were members of the UK Armed Forces.
    LGTBQIA+ Owned Business
    The BASA Awards LGBTQIA+ Owned Small Business award recognises an LGBTQIA+-owned small business that has attained outstanding business achievement and exemplifies the significant contributions made by LGBTQIA+-owned businesses in the country. The business must be at least 51% owned or controlled by one or more individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, including transgender and non-binary/gender-non-conforming individuals, and are UK residents. The business must also have management and daily operations controlled by at least one LGBTQIA+-identifying individual. Only their achievements since January 2023 will be considered.
    Disability-Owned Business
    The BASA Awards Disability-Owned Small Business award honours the accomplishments of an outstanding small business that is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by one or more individuals with a disability. Only their achievements since January 2023 will be considered. The business must be based in the UK.
