What do achievements mean to you?
Achievements are moments of reflection, learning, and renewed purpose. Each one represents the collective effort of our team, the trust of our clients, and the courage to innovate even when the path forward isn’t clear.
They also come with responsibility. Achievements remind me to share knowledge, mentor others, and create impact beyond commercial outcomes. Recognition, such as the BASA Award, reinforces my belief that purpose-driven innovation can genuinely empower people and transform organizations.
Do you have a mantra or motto that you live by?
“Think big, start small, scale fast.” It’s a reminder that every meaningful transformation begins with a single, well-executed step. I believe in progress over perfection: learning, adapting, and improving continuously.
At Technology Cue, this mindset has helped us stay agile, focused on impact, and unafraid to experiment. It’s about pairing bold ideas with disciplined execution and letting results speak louder than promises.
What excites you most about the work that you do?
I love seeing technology create real, measurable change. Every project is an opportunity to turn data into clarity and innovation into action.
I enjoy the balance between creativity and logic; solving complex problems through AI, analytics, and automation while keeping the human element at the center. Watching clients gain confidence in their data-driven decisions is incredibly rewarding, and I’m constantly inspired by my team’s curiosity and belief that small businesses can lead big-impact innovation.
Do you have a particular pet peeve?
Overcomplicating simple things. Clarity and honesty always save time.
