Do you have a mantra or philosophy that you live by?
I wouldn’t call it a mantra, but my mentality was shaped by my experience as a former kickboxing champion, having had 49 professional fights. From a young age, it was drilled into me that to succeed, I had to train three times harder than my opponent and maintain a work rate in the ring that was at least three times as much. This relentless dedication was the only way to guarantee victory. Today, I bring that same mindset into my work, applying unmatched focus, effort, and perseverance to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
First job?
I was brought up in a small village shop in North Wales, and from as young as three years old, I was serving and selling to people in one way or another - starting behind the till and eventually progressing to high-level corporate roles as an adult, liaising with billion-pound companies in my professional career. My first proper grown-up job was with Ginsters, where I sold pies and pasties to motorway service stations across the UK. That role taught me the fundamentals of building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals - skills that laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey.
What is a goal yet to be achieved?
My goal yet to be achieved is creating an AI-powered workforce capable of managing my business's day-to-day operations. This vision would ensure efficiency and scalability and free up my time to focus on strategic growth, innovation, and, most importantly, creating a better balance between work and home life. It’s an ambitious objective, but I’m committed to building the systems and technology that will make it a reality and then delivering this to the world so that others can benefit from it too.
"I've learned that change is the catalyst for limitless growth—when we embrace it, there's no ceiling to what we can achieve."
